EUGENE, Ore., July 19, 2010 – Summit Bank announces the appointment of R. Paul Weinhold as Vice Chair of its Board of Directors. Paul is the President of the University of Oregon Foundation, and serves in leadership roles for other local non-profits including the Sacred Heart Foundation, the Oregon Trail Council, and the Oregon Urology Foundation.
