  1. You will receive an automatic email notification at the email address provided.

  1. How do I receive my statement electronically?

  1. Simply sign on to Summit Bank Online with your user id and password.

  1. How do I retrieve my statement?

  1. Login to Summit Bank Online, select your account and click onto documents and select "eStatements".

  1. What is Adobe Acrobat Reader and why do I need it?

  1. Adobe® Reader® is free software that lets you view and print Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) files on a variety of hardware and operating system platforms. You will need this free software installed on your computer in order to download, display or print your statement and images.   1. What if I change my email address?

  1. Update your email address while logged into Summit Bank Online or call the bank and a representative will be happy to assist you.

  1. What if I forget my Summit Bank Online user id or password?

  1. Call the bank Monday through Friday 9 am to 5 pm to have your password reset and user id retrieved.
