Employee Recognition, Satisfaction & Retention

Our goal in this area is to make Summit the BEST place to work. Employee initiatives and accomplishments included:
  • Conducted Annual Employee Satisfaction Survey and ranked one of the 100 Best Places to Work in Oregon for 2009.
  • Implemented new perks for employees such as monthly massages in the office, a monthly wellness/performance newsletter, and cost sharing for employee personal paper recycling, and more.
  • Organized team building events and some just plain fun activities.
