Ann Marie Mehlum, President & CEO
Ann Marie received her MBA in finance from the University of California at Berkeley and has thirty-five years of experience in banking. Her range of experience and education gives her a unique perspective, blending the worlds of large corporate lending, community banking and small business. She currently serves on the Boards of the United Way, the Eugene Area Chamber of Commerce, the Oregon Bankers Association, and the American Bankers Association Community Banking Council.

Scott Goldstein, Chief Financial Officer
Scott holds an MBA from the University of Southern California in Financial Services and Portfolio Management. His educational background and perspective from working for large banks and a small business make Scott uniquely qualified to help create innovative financial solutions for our customers.

Kerry Lancy, Corp Secretary HR & Admin Officer
Kerry has over nineteen years of experience in human resources, administrative support, market research and customer service. She is an active volunteer for March of Dimes, United Way, Food for Lane County, and served on the Board of Portland Street Child Development Center.

Pam Pliler, Senior Operations Officer
Pam started her banking career in Springfield over thirty years ago. She has a comprehensive banking background, having worked for large regional banks and small community banks. Her experience includes both branch and support department operations.

Craig Wanichek, SVP Chief Credit Administrator
Craig is a graduate of the University of Oregon with a Bachelor's degree in Economics. He has over twelve years of banking experience during which he managed significant business relationships with family owned businesses in the Willamette Valley. He currently serves on the Associated Oregon Industries Board, and previously served as chair of the City of Eugene Budget Committee and on the Boards of the Eugene Chamber of Commerce and Cascade Health Solutions.

Tim Calhoun, Operations Support Officer
Tim is a native of Springfield and a graduate of Oregon State University. He has seven years of banking experience, holding positions such as Universal Associate, Personal Banker and Operations Specialist. He serves on the Advisory Board for First Tee of Willamette Valley.

Joyce Colley, VP Commercial Lending
Joyce is a graduate of the Northwest Intermediate Banking School and has over twenty-nine years of experience in operations, commercial real estate, and consumer lending, holding positions such as Operations Assistant, Consumer Loan Officer, Relationship Manager, and Vice President.

Michael Fletcher, Credit Analyst
Mike is a graduate of the University of Oregon with a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Business. He has over seven years of banking experience having held such positions as Teller, Lead Associate, Assistant Manager and Operations Officer.

Chris Hemmings, Finance Assistant
Chris is a graduate of the University of Oregon with a Bachelor's degree in Economics. While new to banking, Chris has over ten years of customer service experience. He is a Golf Coach for the Special Olympics and is an active volunteer for Food for Lane County.

Mara Hooker, Relationship Banker
Mara is a fourth generation Oregonian graduating from the University of Oregon with a degree in Business Administration. She has two years of banking experience and over five years of customer service and business experience.

Ashley Horner, Senior Credit Analyst
Ashley is a native Oregonian graduating from the University of Portland with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, and has four years of underwriting and analysis experience.

Dawnne Linenbrink, Loan Operations Officer
Dawnne Linenbrink joins Summit Bank as Loan Operations Officer. Dawnne is an advanced certified paralegal, certified in 1995 by the National Association of Legal Assistants, and was a law office administrator for nine years. She holds advanced certifications in contracts administration/management, real estate, and bankruptcy. Although new to banking, she has more than 28 years of legal and management experience, 21 of those with a prominent local attorney.

Genevieve McClary, Technology Support Specialist
Genevieve has been in banking for more than eleven years, holding positions such as Computer Operator, ACH Specialist, Universal Associate, and Online Banking Specialist.

Hans McKnight AAP, Operations Specialist
Hans is a native Oregonian graduating from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Business Administration. He received his Accredited ACH Professional certification in 2010 and has over six years of banking experiece.

Michael Mercer, VP Commercial Lending
Mike has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus in Finance Management from Western Oregon University and over 25 years of banking experience including branch management, commercial lending and wealth management. Mike serves on the board for A Family for Every Child, Oregon Club of Eugene-Springfield, and is past Chairman of Junior Achievement.

Mary Merriman, SVP Commercial Lending
Mary is a native of Eugene graduating from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor's degree in Management and Finance. She has over thirty years of banking experience with extensive management, administrative and executive experience in retail and commercial banking. Her expertise in government, residential, and commercial real estate lending adds value to our commercial lending team.

Jack Omlin, Teller & Proof Operator
Jack is a student at Lane Community College and is working towards his degree in Accounting and Business.

Tina Osten, Commercial Loan Assistant
Tina attended Western Business College in Portland with a focus on Business Administration and has 24 years of experience in retail and commercial lending. She is President of the Spring Creek Elementary PTO and assists her husband in running their family flooring business.

Krista Riddle, Sr. Loan Documentation Specialist
Krista has worked in commercial lending for more than twenty years. Her specialty is the preparation and review of loan documentation. She is a Team Manager for the Eugene Metro Futbol Club.

Summer Roat, Administrative Assistant
Summer is a native of the Eugene area and has been in banking for over ten years, holding positions such as Universal Banker, Personal Banker, Lead Teller, and Internal Document Auditor.

Gabriela Snyder, VP, Technology Support Manager
Gabriela has twenty years of banking and IT experience, having held positions such as Electronic Banking Manager, Systems Analyst and Business Banking Specialist.

Tim Spencer, Portfolio Manager
Tim holds a Bachelors degree from Oregon State University and is a graduate of the Northwest Intermediate Banking School. He has twenty-four years of experience in commercial lending and compliance.

Patricia Stahr, VP Operations Officer
Patti holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and has twenty-five years of experience in branch operations and risk management. She is active in Junior Achievement, the Churchill Parent Association, and Band Boosters.
