Credit Analyst
Essential Duties
- Performs analysis of credit reports, business and personal tax returns, financial statements, cash flows, and pricing analysis. Independently researches and analyzes borrower company and industry data.
- Discusses pricing and recommends loan structure with loan officer. Presents and offers creative solutions to meet the borrowing needs of our clients.
- Independently prepares complete written analyses of borrowers’ financial condition and presentation materials, demonstrating full understanding of analysis results and identifying areas where clarification is required.
- Assists in the review of loan documents for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to approval conditions.
- Attends client meetings with loan officers. Develops relationship with borrowers establishing themselves as a reliable point of contact when the loan officer is unavailable.
- Assists in loan closings, ensuring proper execution of all loan documents.
- Obtains and maintains State of Oregon Notary Designation.

Minimum Requirements

- Ability to read, analyze and interpret business periodicals, professional journals and technical procedures.

Personal Banker
Essential Duties
1. Greets each customer as they enter the bank and directs to proper individual.
2. Performs all cash and non-cash transactions maintaining the highest level of customer service to best serve our customers.
3. Administers customer accounts by opening and/or closing certificates of deposit, personal and business accounts and safe deposit boxes, collecting all required documentation to ensure compliance with Bank, BSA and Patriot Act requirements.
4. Provides additional customer support by ordering checks as well as providing safe deposit admittance assistance.
5. Provides operational support by checking and counting night drop, balancing vault cash, processing cash shipments.
6. Refer qualified clients for Remote Deposit Capture, Automated Clearing House Origination, Correspondent Depository, Merchant Services, or Courier services .
7. Responsible to establish online banking services for personal and business clients and provide customer support of same.
8. Operates computer terminal or personal computer to provide customer service assistance to include but not limited to, stop payment orders, monetary transfers, address changes, changes to account ownership and/or account signer(s), account research and bill pay services within given authority.
9. Responds to inquiries or refers inquiries to the appropriate department or person such as loan support or credit inquiry, and exhibiting the necessary follow through with customers and/or staff involved.
10. Ensures all related paper file systems are maintained so that necessary documents can be found easily, and documentation is consistent and complete.

TELLER
Essential Duties
- Greet each customer as they enter the bank and direct to the proper individual.
- Perform all cash and non-cash transactions maintaining the highest level of customer service to best serve our customers.
- Provide additional customer service by ordering checks, savings bonds, and sending/receiving wire transfers as well as providing safe deposit assistance.
- Provide operational support by checking and counting night drop, balancing vault cash, processing cash shipments, performing certifications and reconciliation of general ledger.
- Provide back-up support for answering and routing incoming calls, to ensure a quick response for all callers.
- Assumes responsibility for various department functions in the absence of staff members or in overload situations.
- Treats people with respect; keeps commitments; inspires the trust of others; works ethically and with integrity; upholds organizational values; accepts responsibility for own actions.

- Must maintain excellent working relationship with loan support staff.
