Ann Marie Mehlum, Chief Executive Officer

Ann Marie has been the Chief Executive Officer and a Director since the Bank's inception in 2004. Her banking career spans over thirty five years. She currently serves on the board of the Oregon Banker's Association, where she is Past Chair, the Eugene Chamber of Commerce, and is a member of the Community Bankers Advisory Council to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. She previously served on the American Bankers Association Community Banking Council and on the boards of United Way of Lane County and Lane Metro Partnership.

Craig Wanichek, President

Craig is a graduate of the University of Oregon with a Bachelor's degree in Economics. He has over fifteen years of banking experience during which he managed significant business relationships with family owned businesses in the Willamette Valley. He currently serves on the Associated Oregon Industries Board, and previously served as chair of the City of Eugene Budget Committee and on the Boards of the Eugene Chamber of Commerce and Cascade Health Solutions. Scott Goldstein, Chief Financial Officer

Scott holds an MBA from the University of Southern California in Financial Services and Portfolio Management. His educational background and perspective from working for large banks and a small business make Scott uniquely qualified to help create innovative financial solutions for our customers.

Kerry Lancy, Corp Secretary HR & Admin Officer

Kerry has over nineteen years of experience in human resources, administrative support, market research and customer service. She is an active volunteer for March of Dimes, United Way, Food for Lane County, and previously served on the Board of Portland Street Child Development Center.

Pam Pliler, Senior Operations Officer

Pam started her banking career in Springfield over thirty years ago. She has a comprehensive banking background, having worked for large regional banks and small community banks. Her experience includes both branch and support department operations.

Kristen Bartels, Teller

While new to the banking industry, Kristen has over eight years of customer service and administrative experience.

Tim Calhoun, Operations Support Officer

Tim is a native of Springfield and a graduate of Oregon State University. He has ten years of banking experience in branch and operations support. He currently serves on the Advisory Board for First Tee of Willamette Valley.

Joyce Colley, VP Commercial Lending

Joyce is a graduate of the Northwest Intermediate Banking School and has over thirty years of experience in operations, commercial real estate, and consumer lending. NMLS# 810524

Jayson Davis, Credit Analyst

Jayson is a native Oregonian graduating from Northwest Christian University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. He has over twelve years of banking and five years of mortgage lending experience.

Susan Elsner, Loan Documentation Specialist

Susan brings over twenty-five years of banking experience in commercial and mortage lending, documentation and operations.

Chris Hemmings, Finance Analyst

Chris is a graduate of the University of Oregon with a Bachelor's degree in Economics. Chris has three years experince in banking and over ten years of customer service experience. He is a Golf Coach for the Special Olympics and is an active volunteer for Food for Lane County.

Olivia Hemmings, Proof Operator & Admin Assistant

Olivia is a graduate of the University of Oregon with a bachelors degree in Anthropology and Sociology. While new to banking, she has over ten years of customer service experience.

Mara Hooker, Dir. Mktg & Business Development

Mara is a fourth generation Oregonian graduating from the University of Oregon with a degree in Business Administration. She has five years of banking experience and over seven years of customer service and business experience.

Ariane Langenberg, Personal Banker

Ariane is a native Oregonian and is active in the community. She has fifteen years of customer service experience with seven years in banking. She volunteers regularly for Food for Lane County and the United Way.

Genevieve McClary, Technology Support Analyst

Genevieve is an active participant of the Young Professionals Network. She has over 12 years of banking experience in ACH, Online Banking, and back office technology functions.

Hans McKnight AAP, Sr. Operations Specialist

Hans is a native Oregonian graduating from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Business Administration. He received his Accredited ACH Professional certification in 2010 and has over six years of banking experiece.

Mary Merriman, SVP Credit Administrator

Mary is a native of Eugene graduating from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor's degree in Management and Finance. She has over thirty years of banking experience with extensive management, administrative and executive experience in retail and commercial banking. Her expertise in government, residential, and commercial real estate lending adds value to our commercial lending team. NMLS# 811599

Jack has over three years of experience in branch operations and support with Summit.

Summer Roat, Administrative Assistant

Summer is a native of the Eugene area and has been in banking for over twelve years both in the branch and in administration.

Kim Scofield, Loan Operations Officer

Kim is a native Oregonian and has worked in the banking industry for over thirty years. She brings a wealth of experience in Operations, Loans and Regulatory Compliance.

Gabriela Snyder, VP, Technology Support Manager

Gabriela has twenty six years of banking and IT experience, having held positions as Product Manager, ACH Manager, Electronic Banking Manager, Systems Analyst and Business Banking Specialist.

Patricia Stahr, VP Operations Officer

Patti holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and has twenty-five years of experience in branch operations and risk management. She is active in Junior Achievement, the Churchill Parent Association, and Band Boosters.

Alicia Voorhees, Senior Credit Analyst

Alicia holds an MBA from Willamette University as well as a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Portland State University. She has over seven years of operations finance experience in both the tech and healthcare industries.
